For deliveries in mainland Portugal, you will receive your order within 2 business days. For the islands, it may take up to 9 business days.

In the case of pre-orders, the order will be prepared within a maximum of 7 business days and subsequently shipped, with delivery times as indicated above.

For example, if you live in mainland Portugal and make a pre-order purchase, the item will be prepared within 7 business days. After preparation, delivery will be made within 2 business days, meaning the total delivery time for your order will be up to 9 business days (believe me, it will be worth the wait!).

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and delivery region.

For example, at the moment, for an order up to 1kg in mainland Portugal, the price is €5.50 (VAT included).

Yes, of course! If you haven't placed your order yet, we recommend you check the size chart so you don't need to exchange it.

The deadline for exchanges and/or returns is 14 days after you receive your order.

Attention: Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Pre-ordering is a special way to secure your piece before its official release. When you pre-order, the piece is produced especially for you, with all the attention and detail we put into each creation.

This approach allows us to produce in a more conscious and sustainable way, avoiding excess and ensuring that each piece is made with purpose.

For items that are on pre-sale, it is produced within 7 business days.
