Delivery policy 

Sofia Pedro Fashion Designer provides various shipping options that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as: the weight , value and the Destination region .  

Shipping costs are displayed during the order registration process in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:  

• Destination region;  
• Order weight;  

Shipments are made via Batch Logistics.

The prices shown already include insurance that protects the order.

Regarding the shipping time, it will appear at checkout.

How is the order shipment processed?

Orders will be shipped based on the shipping method chosen by the customer during registration and only after payment validation. 

The order it is distributed through the company Batch Logistics.  

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery information.  

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service chosen or the timeframe specified in the shipping method description. 

The delivery time provided is only an estimate. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control or the carrier's control, such as accidents, blocked roads, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact details and the order is returned to our warehouse in Portugal, all costs associated with the return will be the customer's responsibility. The customer will also be responsible for any fees, customs duties, or charges applied by the authorities of the destination country, in accordance with applicable law.

We recommend that you carefully check all shipping details before finalizing your order to avoid additional costs or possible delays.

Pre-order

For pre-orders, the order will be prepared within a maximum of 7 business days and then shipped.
